Tell Time in a Different Time Zone with XMultiZone StatusBar Clock

XMZ

There are many reasons as to why people would want to know the time of a place other than where they are right now. There may be loved ones overseas, you may be going on a trip, or you simply don’t want to call someone at an inconvenient time. Yes, there are a myriad of apps out there that do a great job at telling the time of another time zone, but it’s never quite as convenient as checking the time in your status bar.

So what’s the most obvious solution? Adding another time in the status bar and the notification area of course. And there’s no better way to do that than with a module for the Xposed Framework. Fortunately, XDA Forum Member balachandarlinks has developed an Xposed module that does exactly this called XMultiZone StatusBar Clock.

The module provides a very extensive selection of times, ranging from those of continental countries in Europe, Asia and Africa, to the Pacific, to the standard UTC offsets. The settings allow you to toggle AM and PM, choose either the 12- or 24-hour format, hide the clock if there’s no need for it, and choose your own clock divider from a selection of 5 symbols.

XMUltiZone will no doubt be quite the useful and convenient app for anyone looking for a simpler alternative to other timezone apps on the market. If you would like to find out more, visit the forum thread for more details and download.
