No, the Sloth Launcher is not an app that will give you an adorable (or scary) mammal or will force you to move when all you want to do is laze around. It is actually a launcher that helps trigger actions or apps that you would need when you really need them, without having to go through the same steps every single time.
If you're familiar with how IFTTT works, then this app works with the same principle, but this time for your smartphone. The contextual overlay app has certain triggers for which you can create scenarios that your smartphone will follow. For example, you can program it that whenever you plug in your headphones, your app will automatically launch Google Music since obviously, you plan to listen to music when you do that. Or if you connect to your office WiFi, that means all you'll be able to access are productivity apps and games and social networks are blacklisted.
If you'll only be using the free version, you can only access two triggers: the Headphones and WiFi triggers. But the premium version brings 6 other trigger types: when you're connected to a Bluetooth device, when your smartphone or tablet is charging, when you're at a certain location like the office or at the gym, when you're taking calls, a specific time or day or when you're receiving a Tasker System Intent.
The app will also need a lot of permissions from your device like to view your network connections or access to your GPS locations. You can get the Sloth Launcher from the Google Play Store for free and if you want to upgrade to the premium version, you can do so in-app.
